Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. As we always say, "if our name is on it, it better be right!" We will always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you honestly, fairly, timely and reasonably; with the hope you extend the same courtesy to us.

With that being said, we will accept Returns and Exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date so long as the leather good is in its original condition.

All leather sales are considered to be final. All leather claims are subject to a final review by Tasman Quality Control Management. If leather is determined to be used, worn or if the leather is cut, they are therefore ineligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.
